Who we are
Peptica is operated by Peptica (sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak)), Antwerpen, Belgium, company number BE 0000.000.000. Contact: support@peptica.be.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Peptica you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Peptica. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. We close accounts we believe belong to minors.
3. Informational use only
Peptica is a personal logging and calculation tool. Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, prescription or treatment, and the app does not supply, sell or recommend any substance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing or stopping any protocol. You are solely responsible for what you administer to yourself.
4. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and the activity that happens under your account.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the app for anything unlawful, don't try to access other users' data, don't scrape or reverse-engineer the service, and don't use it to arrange the supply of substances that are illegal where you live.
6. Pricing
Peptica is currently free to use. If paid plans are introduced, you will be informed in advance and asked to agree before any charge is made.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep the app running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptica is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of data, or any harm resulting from decisions you make based on information in the app, including calculated doses and reminders. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Antwerp, Belgium, without affecting the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. EU consumers can also use the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
